On behalf of our client, Global Leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of cutting-edge products in Fashion&Luxury and MedTech solutions Industry, we are currently searching for a:
Plant HSE Manager - RSPP
Who will be responsible for coordinating and implementing EHS activities across a Manufacturing Site by developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs aligned with company and regional strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement the company EHS strategy to align with local and global regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability
- Ensure adherence to all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations, permitting requirements, and reporting standards. Maintain comprehensive records and reports as required
- Identify potential EHS risks within the organization, conduct thorough assessments, and develop and implement risk mitigation plans and contingency measures
- Develop and oversee EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and partners. Promote EHS awareness and best practices throughout the organization
- Lead investigations into EHS incidents, accidents, and near-misses. Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence and communicate effectively
- Develop and execute sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and emissions reduction programs to minimize the environmental impact of our operations
Main Requirements :
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Environment, Health and Safety
- RSPP Certification
- 5-7 years of experience in HSE positions gained working in structured manufacturing sites in a multinational environment
- In-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and best practices, with a track record of successful compliance and risk management.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO45001 certifications is a plus
- Leadership and team management skills to drive EHS initiatives across the organization
- Ability to analyze complex data and assess risks, as well as capability to develop and implement effective solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders, and to report EHS progress effectively
- Sustainability mindset and Regulatory Awareness
- Fluent English
Location: Province of Turin
Annual Gross Salary Range : 52.000 – 78.000 Euro + MBO
(Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and seniority)
