Plant Project Manager

We make what matters work.Eaton’s Mobility Group is seeking a Plant Project Manager for its Bosconero valves plant near Turin . The role focuses on planning and executing projects while managing budgets, resources, and financial performance. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to project plans and milestones, supporting Sales and Engineering in customer communications, providing updates to Eaton leadership, and preparing and leading APQP Gate reviews.What you’ll do:Lead projects from development through launch, including NPI, product changes, APQP, CAPEX, and manufacturing line optimization initiatives.Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and keep cross‑functional teams aligned on critical paths and key milestones.Monitor project budgets and financial performance to ensure alignment with approved business cases.Coordinate and lead project teams by setting priorities, resolving resource constraints, and escalating risks or issues when needed.Manage effective communication with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure requirements, timing, and contractual commitments are met.Ensure compliance with standard program management processes; lead PM reviews and deliver regular metrics and reports.Maintain accurate and timely project data in ProPM/ProLaunch systems.Hold team members accountable for deliverables and timelines.Provide clear program status reporting (Green/Yellow/Red), highlighting high‑risk areas related to scope, cost, schedule, or technical feasibility.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a technical field2-3 years’ experience in an engineering or manufacturing organization; Combination of Program Management tasks with Engineering and/or Product Development experienceSkills:Good understanding of Project Management methodologies, processes and toolsExcellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and writtenFluent Italian and EnglishStrong analytical skills and business acumenWorking knowledge with Microsoft Office applications including MS ProjectWhat we offer:Competitive compensation and benefits packageSupport of an experienced mentorChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team in an international environmentWe care about Inclusion and diversity, and we care about you– in Eaton we have several initiatives celebrating diversity and making our daily life more inclusiveWe make your aspirations matter – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possibleWe make your wellbeing matter – we offer Health Insurance Plan (MetaSalute) and a Company Welfare plan for all Eaton Employees, we have also an Internal quality canteen with healthy food.We make your growth matter – we invest in our employee for the long term with annual performance&Development reviews.We make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people’s lives and the environment through power management technologies.Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices.
