Plant Quality Engineering Specialist

The Quality Plant Engineering leader is the link between the manufacturing and the engineering. He/She leads the quality plant engineering team in charge of his/her perimeter. On his/her meta function perimeter, in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction including warranty results in field and the plant efficiency, he/she leads the supplier quality, the plant quality convergence and manages the product/process evolutions in serial life.

Profile

• Degree in Engineering field
• Experience (minimum 3-5 years) as quality engineer in a complex industrial context
• Good knowledge of excel, powerpoint
• Problem solving mindset
• Continuous improvement orientation
• Critical thinking, analytical skills, and rigor
• Ability to promote a quality oriented mindset within the plant
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams across the Plant
