As a Plastic Technologist Engineer at Technogym, you will define standards for materials, processes and systems, and design plastic parts to meet performance, safety and sustainability goals. You will work with R&D, Quality and Production to ensure feasibility and alignment with internal standards, while driving continuous improvement. You will manage documentation, training and evaluate new technologies to keep our plastic capabilities cutting-edge. • Define and maintain technical standards for materials, processes, and systems
• Manage technical documentation and deliver internal training programs
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend updates to existing standards
• Design and develop plastic parts and assemblies

Responsabilità

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• Proven experience in plastic technology and manufacturing processes
• Good knowledge of CAD software and simulation tools
• Familiarity with international standards and regulations for plastic components
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with sustainable materials and recycling technologies
• Knowledge of mold design and tooling
