Experteer Overview

As Teamcenter Solution Architect, you will design and implement PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter to translate business needs into scalable technical designs. You will lead architectural design, configure Active Workspace, manage data models, and integrate with CAD/ERP systems, driving performance and digital transformation. You’ll mentor teams on best practices and work with cross-functional stakeholders to enable end-to-end PLM solutions. This role offers the chance to influence how engineering data and processes evolve across projects in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

• Design technical solutions for Teamcenter implementations, balancing out-of-the-box capabilities with customization
• Lead requirements workshops and translate needs into scalable PLM designs
• Provide technical leadership across ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace customization
• Configure 2‑Tier/4‑Tier clients, Active Workspace, Dispatcher, and CAD/ERP integrations
• Support data migrations and system upgrades

Responsabilità

• 5+ years designing and supporting Teamcenter PLM solutions
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter UA, AW(C) customization, data model configuration, and C++/Java
• Proven experience with integration tools (e.g., T4S, T4O)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
