PLM Support Specialist

The Industrial division of TXT E-Tech , a TXT Group company, is looking for a PLM Support Specialist with at least 3 years' experience to join our customer service team that supports customers in the use of PLM systems based on Aras Innovator and the company's proprietary products.

Main responsibilities

• Managing support tickets, understanding and classifying reported issues; providing solutions to user problems.
• Involving other company groups when necessary to create a customised solution.
• Collaborating with the R&D department by reporting product issues and enhancement requests and testing their implementation.
• Generating reports on activities carried out.
• Participating in customer projects, providing installation and configuration services, training and start‑up support.
• Improving customer support processes.

Required technical skills

• Experience in supporting (internal or external) users of IT products, ideally PLM, PDM or CAD.
• Excellent knowledge of main office automation tools.
• Good knowledge of RDBMS/SQL.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Optional technical skills

• Knowledge of PLM or PDM products, or alternatively ERP systems.
• Experience in training users of IT products.
• Knowledge of mechanical design software.
• Knowledge of IT service desk tools (e.g. ServiceNow).

Education

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or management engineering, or other technical faculties.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of English (level B2), good communication skills, a strong aptitude for teamwork and multitasking, and will be focused on completing assigned tasks with accuracy and dedication.
