Plm Technical Product Analyst

Experteer Overview

In this role you own CAD/PLM software products and drive their use in military and civil programs. You will translate business needs into functional and technical solutions, collaborating with cross-site and Agile teams to deliver secure data-enabled PLM capabilities. You’ll shape best practices for CAD/PLM and support NPI/NTI initiatives across the product lifecycle. This is a meaningful chance to influence digital tooling in a globally distributed engineering context.

• Own and manage CAD/PLM software products to enable NPI/NTI programs for military applications
• Manage product lifecycle and obsolescence; build business cases for technology investments
• Plan R&D activities and liaise with Engineering to ensure proper support
• Map business requirements into functional/technical solutions
• Collaborate with implementation teams to drive CAD/PLM developments
• Coordinate with international Agile teams to deliver global engineering solutions
• Build relationships with DT counterparts across Europe and US
• Apply Agile and SAFe methodologies to deliver on time and budget

Responsabilità

• Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Proven depth with Computer Aided Systems and PLM platforms in a complex, distributed environment
• Experience in PLM-related projects
• Comfort with uncertainty and delivering in changing conditions
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Valid work visa as per local regulations
