Experteer Overview

As PLM Technical Product Analyst, you will steer CAD/PLM software programs within a Digital Technology team, enabling NPI/NTI initiatives for military applications. You’ll translate business needs into functional and technical solutions, collaborating across Europe and the US to deliver scalable PLM solutions. You’ll balance program planning, governance, and data lifecycle management while engaging engineers and stakeholders. This role combines technical depth with cross-functional influence to drive digital transformation in aerospace.

• Own and manage CAD/PLM software products to support NPI/NTI programs for military applications
• Manage product lifecycle and obsolescence; build business cases for tech investments
• Plan research and development activities and liaise with the Engineering community for support

Responsabilità

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
• Proven technical depth on CAD/PLM platforms in a complex, globally distributed environment
• Demonstrated industry experience on PLM-related projects
• Comfortable with uncertainty and delivering under blurry guidelines
• Strong interpersonal skills for geographically dispersed cross-functional teams
• Ability to tailor communication to audience and present rationale clearly
• Fluent Italian and English
