Business Operations ensures E2E operational efficiency fostering a high-performance culture, executing projects seamlessly, optimizing costs, supporting the growth and success of the studio, leveraging on people, processes and systems.
As PMO Intern, you will support operations to optimize project portfolio and streamline processes. You will learn by doing, with guidance from Head of Business Operations, who will help you understand and deliver the tasks assigned to you, in the context of a multinational organization.
Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Maintain and update databases and tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the planning and execution of studio events and projects
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio and PowerBI
Business level ability in English
Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Planner, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to assist in managing and tracking projects.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience with Resource Management system like whoz.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Basic understanding of database management and SQL.
Proficiency in multiple languages to support diverse teams and international clients.
