Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a PMO Marketing Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Brand Building Team, reporting to the Senior PMO Marketing .


Such talent will support the PMO Marketing Team in the coordination and monitoring of marketing and product-related projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and processes are aligned across functions.

This activity involves closely working with the Global Product Managers, the Technical division, the Operations departments, the Creative team and other functions involved in the process to secure the on-time launch in store and in other channels.


You will support the line manager in the new global initiatives feasibility assessment, providing a guide in terms of deliverables, highlighting the possible risks or timing constraints and helping all the project’s contributors to define clear roadmap and achieve the goals as planned. You will also monitor the progress of already started projects throughout the project’s life-cycle, with problem solving attitude in case of setback and an ability to re- prioritize as required to meet deadlines.


In particular, you will:


  • Develop the project plan using the internal Global Retro-planning Model
  • Track project progress through time
  • Update the innovation project retro-planning dashboard and database
  • Support the Global Product Managers and the other teams in the plan review, being a contact facilitator
  • Analyse the relevant KPIs and prepare the periodical reporting to CEO and Leadership team


What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Management Engineering or Economics;
  • Previous experience in an international environment as well as in supply chain or the production process of a manufacturing company is a plus;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package (in particular ppt, excel);
  • Fluent in English
