PMO - Schedule and Risk Manager

As PMO Manager for Risk and Schedule, you drive risk, opportunity, and scheduling activities within the project team. You will define and maintain the Risk Management Plan and the Risks & Opportunities Register, lead risk boards, and ensure an integrated Master Schedule with subcontractors and suppliers. You’ll report risk exposure to the Program Manager and coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on track. This role supports cross-functional delivery for space missions and customer programs, contributing to Thales Alenia Space’s mission to enable space for life. Performance Bonus (PDR) up to 4,550 Mobility policy enabling career development across Thales Group Permanent contract Career progression opportunities International assignments Competitive compensation package Lead risk, opportunity, and scheduling management within the project team Prepare, implement, and maintain the Risk Management Plan per standards Conduct risk boards with project team and stakeholders Maintain and update the Risks & Opportunities Register (ROR) Establish and maintain an integrated Project Master Schedule with work packages, subcontractors, and suppliers Report project risk exposure and contingency updates to the Program Manager Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to monitor risk and schedule aspects Contribute to Progress Reports and Monthly Project Reports for customers and management Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a major scientific discipline Proven experience leading risk, opportunity, and scheduling management within a project team Team player with ability to coordinate with program managers and directors Structured, analytical, and well-organized with strong planning skills Competencies in Schedule Construct, Resource Profiling, and Resource Management Thorough knowledge of Risk Management concepts and techniques Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with project monitoring and control activities Familiarity with TAS tool 6–11 years of experience in relevant roles
