POMELLATO Global Head of Controlling

We are currently looking for a Global Head of Controlling, who will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for:

• Directly managing a team of 6 controllers, as well as functional reporting with local controllers;
• Supervising consolidated reporting (Sales, P&L, B/S and Cash flows statements) for monthly and year-end closing;
• Supervising budget and forecast processes;
• Coordinating all performance analysis presented to brand management and shareholder;
• Elaborating business plans, monitoring stock levels and identifying action plans for cost savings and cash flows optimization purposes;
• Interfacing with external, internal and tax auditors.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Finance/Economics, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and comprehensive expertise in financial controlling, including direct experience with balance sheet management and cash flow analysis. Previous experience in the retail field is required, as well as the ability to lead, coach and mentor a team.
