- Specific functions:
- The successful candidate will be employed at the Department of Business and Economics Law.
- The selected professor will carry out scientific research and teaching activities consistent with his/her academic‑discipline field and in harmony with the main research lines of the University, its Research Centers, and the Schools, related to Civil Procedural Law.
- He/she should be able to conduct lectures in Italian and in English on Civil Procedural Law topics.
- The candidate will be expected to promote research projects both nationally and internationally.
- In particular, the specific functions will focus on the following topics:
- Economic analysis of civil justice systems
- Study of the relationships between domestic and supranational judicial systems
- Empirical analysis of management models for civil judicial proceedings
