Requirements: Strong HVAC/CVC knowledge, international project management

Mobility: Availability to travel and stay on international projects (9–12 months missions)

️ Languages: English mandatory (French and/or German are strong advantages)

Contract: Permanent contract directly with the client

The project

You will join an international engineering and project environment involved in large-scale industrial and technical projects across Europe.

The company works on complex HVAC/CVC installations for mission-critical environments such as:

• Data centers
• Gigafactories
• Cleanrooms
• Industrial infrastructures

Projects are delivered alongside major construction and engineering partners on highly technical sites.

The role is strongly operational and project-oriented, with long-term assignments on site (9–12 months depending on the project phase).

Current projects are located in Naples

What you will do

• Manage HVAC/CVC projects on industrial and mission-critical sites
• Coordinate installation, execution and commissioning activities
• Ensure project follow-up regarding planning, budget and technical delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams
• Interface with clients, engineering teams and construction partners
• Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards
• Support technical problem-solving during project execution
• Participate in project reporting and coordination meetings

What we are looking for

• Experience managing HVAC/CVC projects in industrial environments
• Experience in data centers, cleanrooms, industrial facilities or similar technical projects
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems
• Mobile profile, comfortable working on international assignments
• Autonomous and hands-on mindset
• English mandatory
• French and/or German are strong advantages
