The project investigates reprogramming of the tumor draining lymph node in melanoma, focusing on transcriptional and phenotypic changes in stromal and immune cells.
The candidate will use cutting-edge 3D culture, single-cell RNA sequencing, and spectral flow cytometry, with access to preclinical cancer models.
