PPS - Product Process Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play the role of Product Process Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance to build requirements of all processes in the assigned area.
• Provides methodological support to production for problem solving, corrective actions and interfaces with Vehicle Process Engineering, Product Engineering and Suppliers.
• Identifies losses and waste in the assigned process and applies the appropriate tool to solve process/product problems.
• Coordinates all safety, quality, cost and lead time initiatives.

Reporting to the Process Improvement Manager of the Production Unit, the specialist is responsible for managing designated manufacturing processes in a unionized, high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Management Engineering.
• 1/2 years of experience in a specific or similar role in a manufacturing plant is a plus.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Analytical approach and good team work orientation.
• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, ability to learn and to work under pressure, and sense of proactivity.
• Technical knowledge of main production processes and products.
• Good leadership skills.
