Randstad Italia SpA is seeking a PR and Digital Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team of a prestigious telecommunications company renowned for delivering innovative and reliable ICT solutions. The company supports the digital transformation of businesses and public administrations through advanced technologies in cloud computing, networking, data centers, and cybersecurity.
Job Overview:
As a PR and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. Your goal will be to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase visibility across digital platforms. You will work closely with the ICT marketing team to support both carrier and enterprise business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and regularly update the company’s website.
- Create and translate content for web pages, newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
- Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
- Collaborate with product managers to develop digital and promotional content (posts, graphics, roll-ups, videos).
- Coordinate with external PR and media agencies, as well as the internal media department, for the creation and translation of press releases.
- Provide support for corporate events, roadshows, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Visual Design, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
