As part of our international expansion, we are looking for a Solution Architect with strong Pre-sales experience to join our Italian team.
What we’re looking for:
A tech-savvy professional with a solid background in software architecture and pre-sales within the system integration sector. You’ll work closely with the Technical Management Team, focusing on the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of a technical leadership team, aligning and enhancing cross-functional activities across delivery, pre-sales, and business development
- Act as technical lead for high-level services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage client relationships, prepare pre-sales proposals and presentations, and help define technical solutions
- Work closely with the Business Development team to implement Proofs of Concept (PoC) and present tailored solutions
What you bring:
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect (required)
- Solid experience in software architecture: design, estimation, risk management, and implementation
- Proven experience in consulting firms or Italian system integrators.
- Fluency in Italian, + English (Mandatory!) and/or Spanish (is a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in Pre-sales activities, including technical solution design, project planning, and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for innovation and team collaboration
