As our Precision Agriculture business continues to grow in Central Europe, we are expanding our hands-on technical support capability for OEM partners and key accounts. We are especially looking for candidates from Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, and Italy who are passionate about precision farming technology and enjoy working in the field. Support OEM partners and key accounts during product integration, field application, and technical implementation of precision farming solutions.
Provide hands-on technical support for installation, calibration, troubleshooting, software usage, and product operation in field environments.
Work closely with global R&D, Product, Sales, and Application Engineering teams to diagnose technical issues and support solution implementation.
Collect customer feedback, field data, and market requirements to support product improvement and new feature development.
Support field testing, product validation, technical training, and documentation for local partners and internal teams.
Experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as technical support, field application engineering, OEM support, after-sales service, or product application.
Technical knowledge of precision agriculture, GNSS, auto-steering, ISOBUS, navigation systems, electronics, or agricultural machinery.
Comfortable working hands-on with agricultural machinery in field environments and supporting on-site troubleshooting when required.
Strong communication skills in English and the local language, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Able to travel regularly for customer visits, field support, product testing, and technical training across Central Europe.
