Prepress Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage direct contact with customers
• Coordinate the activities of the prepress and front-end department
• Plan and monitor the workflow
• Manage and resolve any internal non-conformities

Technical Skills

• Experience, preferably with order management systems and customer/supplier interface
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, email, etc.)
• Good knowledge of English (French is a plus)

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Accuracy and reliability in process management
