Presales Specialist As part of the growth of our Presales division, we are looking for a Presales Specialist with strong Cybersecurity and Cloud expertise, experience in tender management, and the ability to act as a technical Evangelist for ReeVo towards customers, partners, and industry events.
The Presales Specialist supports the sales process by providing technical expertise, tailored high-value technology solutions, demonstrations to prospective clients and contributing to complex technical tenders, ensuring that proposed offerings align with customer needs and company capabilities. The role bridges commercial teams and technical operations to enhance solution quality and win rates. The selected candidate might also be required to promote ReeVo’s Cybersecurity and Cloud vision through evangelization activities, workshops, and industry events.
Responsibilities
Support the Sales team in managing strategic and complex opportunities.
Analyze customer technical and business requirements.
Design architectures and solutions in areas such as:
Cybersecurity
SOC / SIEM / XDR / NDR
Cloud & Hybrid Cloud
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
Managed Security Services
Compliance and resilience frameworks (DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, ENS, etc.)
Prepare technical documentation, presentations, BOMs, and infrastructure sizing.
Lead technical workshops, assessments, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
Tender & Bid Management
Support participation in public and private tenders.
Analyze technical specifications and compliance requirements.
Prepare technical responses, project documentation, and bid deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, and legal/compliance departments.
Contribute to the definition of service models and SLAs.
Cybersecurity & Cloud Evangelist
Represent ReeVo during webinars, industry events, round tables, customer and partner workshops.
Support marketing and go‑to‑market initiatives with specialist content.
Promote topics such as AI in Cybersecurity, Threat Detection & Response, CTEM, Security Operations, Cyber Resilience, Cloud Security, Cloud & Hybrid Cloud Architectures, Cloud Migration & Modernization.
Hard Skills
At least 5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Architect, Cloud Architect, or Cybersecurity Consultant roles.
Knowledge of major security technologies:
SIEM
EDR/XDR
NDR
Vulnerability Management
IAM/PAM
Email Security
Network Security
Knowledge of major Cloud technologies and services:
IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models
Hybrid and Multi‑Cloud architectures
Virtualization and software‑defined infrastructure
Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity
Cloud networking and connectivity
Experience with Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with infrastructures, virtualization, and networking.
Knowledge of frameworks and regulations such as DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001.
Tender Management Experience
Experience in managing complex tenders and preparing technical documentation.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and functional requirements.
Language Skills
Good command of Italian and English (C1), both written and spoken is mandatory.
Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Consulting mindset and customer‑oriented approach.
Proactive attitude and innovation‑driven mindset.
Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with MSSPs, SOCs, or Cloud Providers.
Cybersecurity or Cloud certifications such as CISM, CISSP, Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Splunk, Vectra AI, XM Cyber.
Experience as a speaker at webinars or industry events.
