"Electrip Italy" has been established in Italy in order to pursue its activities and projects covering electrical vehicle charging station sales, instalment and operation activities abroad with its subsidiaries.
We are looking for a "Pricing Executive " for our Electrip Italy team.
The Pricing Executive will develop pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives, driving revenue growth and profitability. His/Her expertise in pricing analysis and optimisation supports competitive pricing and revenue maximisation.
The Pricing Executive develops and implements pricing strategies for Electrip’s products and services. This role involves analysing market trends, competitor pricing, and company costs to determine optimal pricing that maximises profitability and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction. He/she will collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies:
Creating and executing pricing models that align with business goals, considering factors like costs, market conditions, and competitor pricing. - Analysing market trends and competitor pricing:
Monitoring market dynamics, identifying pricing trends, and assessing competitor pricing strategies to inform pricing decisions. - Conducting financial analysis:
Evaluating the profitability and effectiveness of pricing strategies through financial analysis, including assessing revenue, margins, and return on investment. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams:
Working with Country Managers, marketing and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and product launches. - Managing pricing systems and tools:
Maintaining and optimising pricing databases, software, and tools to support pricing strategies and ensure accuracy. - Monitoring and evaluating pricing performance:
Tracking the performance of pricing strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and making necessary adjustments. - Staying updated on industry best practices:
Keeping abreast of new pricing methodologies, tools, and market trends to ensure the company's pricing strategies remain competitive. - Ensuring compliance:
Ensuring that pricing policies and practices comply with company guidelines and relevant regulations.
Skills Required:

Ability to identify and resolve pricing-related issues. - Proficiency in pricing software and tools:
Experience with pricing software, databases, and analytical tools.
The Pricing Executive plays a vital role in setting product pricing, discounts, and promotions to attract customers while maintaining profitability. With his/her pricing strategies, businesses can capture market opportunities, achieve pricing differentiation, and optimise pricing structures that resonate with target customers. Her/His work supports revenue optimisation, market positioning, and overall business success in a competitive pricing landscape.
