Pricing Manager - Southern Europe

In this role you lead the Southern Europe pricing function to align with commercial goals, driving governance, transformation and sustainable growth. You will shape pricing strategy, oversee operations, and influence cross-functional teams to support bids, market insights, and margin optimization. The position operates with autonomy and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to advance the regional commercial vision and pricing modernization.

• Lead and develop the regional pricing team to high performance and alignment with business objectives
• Implement pricing governance, policies and controls across divisions
• Own pricing operations including list prices, discounts, ERP accuracy, annual updates and acquisition integration
• Provide financial and pricing support for bids, tenders and strategic decisions
• Deliver market, competitor and margin analyses via dashboards and insights
• Drive pricing process optimization, automation and continuous improvement
• Lead cross-functional pricing projects, including digitalization and model evolution
• Communicate pricing strategy and insights to senior stakeholders and commercial teams

Responsabilità

• At least 8 years in pricing with people management responsibility
• Strong analytical capabilities in pricing analysis and margin optimization
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian a plus
• Strategic, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with cross-functional influence
• Excellent communication skills to engage with senior leaders
