Principal Engineer Yield & Product Engineering (f/m/div)

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities in your new role.

• eNVM Evaluation and Robustness: Lead the evaluation of eNVM design and technology by defining critical corner cases and establishing robustness standards to ensure architectural integrity
• Test Strategy and Automation: Drive the generation of comprehensive test sequences and automatic testing machine patterns to accelerate validation cycles and enhance characterization accuracy
• Data-Driven Quality and Yield: Define strategic data analysis frameworks for test programs to optimize quality delivery, reduce test costs, and maximize yield performance
• Technical Firewall: Lead the organization as a technical firewall for embedded NVM testing concepts, setting direction for higher-quality deliverables and risk mitigation
• Workflow Evolution: Drive the evolution of the development workflow through advanced automation strategies to effectively mitigate project complexity and improve team efficiency
• AI-Enabled Testing: Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence into testing methodologies to predict failure modes, optimize pattern generation, and enable autonomous yield analysis

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a similar field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Engineer (mandatory), ideally within embedded memory or mixed-signal/SoC environments, Knowledge of NVM architecture and technology is a plus
• Knowledge of scripting tools (e.g., Perl, Python) for automation and data processing
• Experience in data analysis and data crunching for characterization, yield, and test optimization (mandatory)
• Experience in embedded programming (C language) and with automatic test equipment (ATE) is a plus
• A proactive and flexible working style
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
