Principal Lighting Designer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Lighting Designer with a strong background in streetscape, public realm, and urban lighting projects. The ideal candidate will combine design creativity with technical expertise, have experience leading complex projects and teams, and be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia. GCC, Europe, or North America project experience and a passion for delivering innovative, sustainable lighting solutions are highly desirable.

Management Responsibilities

• Lead the lighting design department
• Develop design standards
• Client presentations
• Design reviews
• Mentor junior designers
• Resource planning
• Coordination with architects, landscape architects, and MEP consultants

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Architecture, Urban Design, or Landscape Architecture
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Lighting Design, Project Management, MBA, or related field
• 20+ years of professional experience
• Minimum 10 years leading lighting design teams
• Extensive streetscape and public realm experience
• GCC project experience preferred
• Proficiency in: DIALux Evo, AGi32, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM coordination
• Lighting controls and smart city systems
