To take our product to the next level of impact, we are currently looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead one of our cross-functional retention squads.

This position offers an opportunity to drive significant change in the mental health landscape.

As Principal Product Manager, you will:

• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical part of Unobravo, balancing customer needs and business value.
• Lead your squad in delivering impactful product changes, working closely with Engineering and Design counterparts.
• Work with and influence senior stakeholders, always advocating for impact.
• Regularly interact with customers to develop deep empathy for their needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
• Mentor and inspire other Product Managers and help build our PM community alongside the Chief Product Officer.

You will be the perfect fit if:

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional teams.
• You have experience working in product-led companies.
• You have a proven track record of impact through data-driven experimentation and large bets.
• You have defined bold, long-term product visions and led teams to execute them.
• You possess strong product sense and confidence guiding your team through ambiguity.
• You can lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration.
• You are results-driven, setting ambitious impact goals.
• You balance user needs with business priorities, advocating for customers.
• You have a humble, growth-oriented mindset and a desire to learn.
• You are fluent in English.
