Principal Product & Solution Architect – Developer Platform & Agentic Automation
Descrizione dell'offerta
We are seeking an execution‑driven and deeply hands‑on Principal Product & Solution Architect – Developer Platform & Agentic Automation, who not only defines the strategy of our next‑generation developer platform but actively builds, prototypes, and operationalizes it.
Key Responsibilities
Developer Platform Strategy & Architecture
- Define and continuously evolve long‑term strategy for the enterprise Developer Platform.
- Build, prototype, and validate core platform capabilities through hands‑on engineering.
- Design scalable architecture spanning developer portals, CI/CD, IaC, observability, and supply‑chain security.
- Create reference implementations, code samples, templates, and operational runbooks.
- Ensure platform architecture aligns with enterprise standards and regulatory frameworks.
Agentic Automation & AI‑Driven SDLC Enablement
- Architect and implement agentic automation features including LLM‑powered coding assistants, autonomous pipelines, collaborate with PMO, Architecture, QE and App Sec CoE to embed architecture/quality/security checks, and workflow automation.
- Develop hands‑on integrations of Agentic capabilities directly into SDLC tooling.
- Build evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop mechanisms through real system instrumentation.
Product Leadership & Developer Experience
- Treat the Developer Platform as a product, building POCs, validating feedback, and improving user journeys through working prototypes.
- Conduct developer interviews, then translate findings into actionable features and improvements.
- Drive adoption by producing highly usable interfaces, automations, and self‑service workflows.
- Track DevEx metrics through data, dashboards, and usage telemetry.
Hands‑On Engineering & Team Enablement
- Lead by doing: write production code, build prototypes, conduct architecture deep dives, and debug complex platform issues directly.
- Mentor and upskill platform engineers through pairing sessions, architectural spikes, code reviews, and structured technical coaching.
- Evaluate open‑source and cloud‑native tools through real implementation testing — not just desk research — before recommending adoption.
- Champion API‑first, automation‑centric, and observable design principles across all platform services.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to engineering leaders, product managers, cloud/security stakeholders, and platform end‑users.
- Communicate platform strategy and architectural decisions with clarity using working demos, prototypes, and measurable outcomes rather than slide decks alone.
- Build trust with senior stakeholders by delivering tangible proof‑of‑value early and consistently.
Governance, Security & Compliance
- Embed secure‑by‑design and DevSecOps principles into platform components through hands‑on code contributions.
- Implement controls, policies, and automated enforcement mechanisms for AI governance and SDLC compliance.
- Partner with risk and security teams to operationalize regulatory requirements in platform systems.
Experience
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering or architecture with extensive hands‑on technical delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to implement cloud‑native architecture in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven track record leading multi‑year engineering transformations with direct technical contribution.
Technical Expertise
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP (architecture + implementation).
- Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and container orchestration.
- Knowledge of software supply chain patterns.
- Fluency in scripting and automation.
Leadership & Product Skills
- Strong communication and influence skills, backed by hands‑on credibility.
- Experience defining roadmaps and metrics for platform products.
- Ability to mentor engineers through coaching, pairing, and architectural deep‑dives.
