We are looking for a pragmatic professional who understands digital business models, translates regulatory requirements into clear, actionable processes, and creates real value for products, teams, and clients.
In a flexible part‑time setup of 10 to 15 hours per week, your impact is felt where compliance turns into measurable competitive advantage.
Location: Innsbruck. Employment: Part‑time (10–15 hours per week).
Preferred start date is immediately or by agreement.
Responsibilities
- Evolve and optimize privacy and compliance processes with direct impact on our MarTech and online marketing ecosystem
- Evaluate new tools, platforms, and workflows with a focus on data privacy, usability, and business value
- Co‑design privacy‑compliant processes that build trust and serve as a visible quality standard
- Support internal teams on operational topics related to data, platforms, tracking, and digital workflows
- Maintain and further develop core privacy documentation while ensuring clear and applicable internal standards
- Translate regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ePrivacy, and the AI Act into practical, day‑to‑day measures
- Strengthen privacy and compliance awareness through internal trainings, guidelines, and active sparring with teams
- Coordinate external experts on complex legal matters and turn their input into actionable solutions
Qualifications
- Data privacy is a relevant business topic for you within digital value creation. You have a strong interest in online marketing, MarTech, SaaS platforms, and data‑driven processes, and quickly identify where privacy creates real value.
- Ideally, you come from a business, digital, or marketing‑related environment and are able to translate privacy and compliance requirements into structured, clear, and pragmatic solutions.
- You work with precision, think in a solution‑oriented way, and have a strong understanding of digital business models, as well as the balance between security, efficiency, and performance.
- German is your primary working language, and you are proficient in both English and Italian.
