Private Banker - Italian Market

Our Client is a prestigious, independent family office based in Luxembourg, offering a genuinely open-architecture platform and a culture built around long-term client relationships rather than short-term targets. They are seeking experienced Private Bankers, either as individuals or as a small team, to develop and manage a portfolio of Italian HNW and UHNW clients. Your Responsibilities Build and manage a high-quality book of Italian HNW/UHNW clients, with a target of approximately 100 million in AUM within 18 to 24 months Provide bespoke, independent wealth management advice with full investment freedom across an open-architecture platform Develop trusted, long-term client relationships in line with the Company's client-first philosophy Work collaboratively within a small, entrepreneurial team with direct access to decision-makers Operate with full autonomy, free from product pressure or internal sales targets Your Profile Solid private banking background, ideally between 5 and 20 years of experience An established book of Italian HNW or UHNW clients, either as an individual or as part of a small team of 2 to 4 bankers Entrepreneurial mindset with a discreet, client-centric approach Based in Milan or open to relocation Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage Valid EU work permit required
