Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead cross-border client coverage for Marsh’s European Private Equity & M&A practice, partnering with the Global Head and regional teams to grow a high-value book of business. You will shape strategic client narratives for C-suite audiences and coordinate multi-jurisdictional delivery of Marsh services. The position combines strategy, operations, data analytics, and relationship development to win and protect complex accounts. A strong emphasis is placed on collaboration across the firm, rapid issue resolution, and international travel. You’ll work with senior leaders to accelerate Marsh’s presence in private capital markets and deliver impactful client outcomes.

• Manage client relationships and business development across Europe
• Support the Global Head of PEMA and Europe Chief Client Officer to grow Marsh’s book of business
• Translate client challenges into Marsh solutions and craft C-suite narratives
• Lead delivery of Marsh services following sales dialogues and coordinate global teams
• Build internal Marsh networks to mobilize cross-firm resources for client dialogues
• Escalate and resolve highly complex issues efficiently
• Create client presentations and research reports to support sales and deliverables

Responsabilità

• Appropriate academic background
• Analytical and strategic mindset, preferably with consulting background
• Understanding of insurance broking and placement
• Ambition to develop client relationships and win deals with a client-first approach
• Gravitas to lead conversations at the C-Suite level
• Comfort as an individual contributor across CEO-level meetings to PowerPoint/Excel deliverables
• Willingness to travel internationally, often on short notice
• Plus: management consulting or investment banking experience
• Ability to position as advisor and coordinate cross-firm teams
• Insurance knowledge across a broad range of risk classes
