Join Customer Care Management (CCM) as we transform for international customer excellence in a digital world. We need you to standardise processes and drive innovation!
TASKS
- analyze existing processes within Customer Care Management
- identify areas for improvement based on customer needs
- standardize processes and systems internationally
- design and introduce new processes and systems
- prepare, interpret, and present analytical results with impact evaluations (e.g., customer benefits, cost savings)
- coordinate priorities for process changes and optimization initiatives
- document processes and create relevant test cases
Requisiti
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- solid experience with process management and optimization methodologies
- familiarity with customer service operations
- ability to use KPIs for process analysis
- previous experience in process documentation
- strong analytical and technical mindset
- team-oriented with excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills
- enjoy working in intercultural teams
- comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments

- work in an international matrix organization collaborating closely with colleagues
- help shape the international CCM with the responsibility to improve the customer journey, balancing costs and impact on customers
