Opportunity
We are looking for a Process Engineer.
Objective of the position is to optimize the production process for assembly lines.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Managing the design of layouts in the production area
- Studying assembly solutions and workstation ergonomics
- Working on prototypes/pre-series of new products with the aim of optimizing the product, defining the best assembly sequence, cycle times and the development of necessary equipment
- Participating in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement projects
- Preparing documentation to support production and safety instructions
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
- Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience in the role
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and projects
- Knowledge of the assembly process
- Attention to details
- Creativity and problem solving
- Excellent analytical and priority management skills
- Ability to work in team and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience in a manufactory multi-site company
- Specific technical knowledge in the relevant sector
- Experience in company with internal metalwork department
