RewAir is a multinational company that provides composite material kitting solutions and acts as an outsourcing partner for major OEMs in the wind energy sector and for dedicated manufacturers of composite materials for wind applications. The company is seeking a Process Engineer to join its plant in Taranto.

Description of the position

The Process Engineer will focuses on optimizing and stabilizing production processes to ensure consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and safe plant operations.

He will work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams to analyze performance data, troubleshoot process issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. He will be responsible of the maintenance team..

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial process environment.
• Experience in manufacturing industries (B2B) is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

• Understandingindustrial process control and optimization.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
