• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to sustain high performance
• Plan and supervise maintenance activities ensuring safety and quality standards
• Oversee maintenance of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural) and utilities
• Develop and drive a preventive maintenance program to minimize production downtime
• Manage repairs on plant equipment (wastewater treatment, filling lines, osmosis, printing, air handling)
• Schedule inspections and document repair records per SOPs
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects (renovations, expansions, equipment installations)
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with local/state/federal codes and EHS guidelines
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, track expenses, report on cost‑saving initiatives
• Maintain documentation of facility operations and progress
• Identify opportunities to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability

Responsabilità

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General
• Proven experience in facility and maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading a maintenance team and managing projects
• Experience with Capital Improvement projects
• Experience with EPA, OSHA, FDA, and MDSAP regulations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• LEAN methodologies experience
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English speaking
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
