Processes & Governance Senior Specialist

Free2Move eSolutions is a joint venture between Stellantis ( and NHOA ( ready to become an international leader in the design, manufacture and supply of e-mobility products and services.

MISSION:

To streamline and improve the efficiency of processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, with a focus on efficiency, quality, cost control, and meeting customer and regulatory requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• analyzing and optimizing company cross processes, based on cost-opportunity and lean approach and focusing on customer value;
• implementing and improving technology and tools in collaboration with ICT and Digital dept to support company processes;
• training teams on new processes and tools in place;
• organize Kaizen events to address specific problems or improvements with a cross-functional approach. Create a team to work intensively on a particular issue for a short period, aiming for quick and significant improvements;
• define and manage governance meetings to balance the interests of company’s departments by ensuring transparency and accountability in the management and operation of the business;
• responsible for overseeing and implementing the principles and practices of corporate governance within the organization

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• 2/3 years of experience in a similar position
• Business Process Modeling (BPM)
• Data Analysis & BI Tools
• Change Management Methodologies
• Proficiency in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules;
• Skills in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks;
• Proficiency in developing risk management plans;
• Skills in maintaining accurate process documentation;
• Proficiency in creating and presenting project reports;
• Depending on the process, a basic understanding of the technical aspects involved;

SOFT SKILLS:

• Conflict resolution and team building;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

LANGUAGES:

• English: fluent
• French: nice to have
