Posizione

Location: Florence

We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented professional to support the company in the management, negotiation, and administration of supplier and commercial contracts. The role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient procurement processes and well-structured agreements aligned with business objectives.

Main tasks

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, service providers, and business partners
  • Support procurement activities, including vendor selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define commercial terms and sourcing strategies
  • Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and risk guidelines
  • Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
  • Manage and maintain contract templates and documentation
  • Liaise with external legal advisors when necessary
  • Monitor key contract deadlines, renewals, and obligations
  • Support continuous improvement of procurement and contract management processes

Requisiti

  • Proven experience in procurement, contract management, or similar roles
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement and/or commercial contracts management
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with a hands‑on, pragmatic approach
  • Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to balance commercial needs and risk considerations
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Good understanding of supplier management and procurement processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in law is preferred; other business-related degrees are also acceptable
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
