We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator for an international company in the Air Treatments Industrial Systems .

What You'll Do:
As a Procurement Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our Procurement and Supply Chain operations, focusing on large-scale projects and plants to be implemented in the coming months.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Compliance & Safety: Conduct daily activities to protect yourself, fellow employees, contractors, and customers from injuries, with the understanding that safety is a fundamental expectation for every IGT Company employee. You'll be a role model in compliance.
- Centralized Project Procurement: Manage centralized procurement for significant projects and plants, ensuring efficient and effective material and service acquisition.
- Project Procurement Planning: Lead project procurement planning activities, always aiming to maximize the profitability of assigned contracts.
- Quality Adherence: Understand and strive to meet or exceed quality metric targets in your area of responsibility, as defined in ISO 9001.
- Procurement to Payment (P2P) Process: Oversee the entire P2P cycle, including PO follow-up, coordination for expediting, and liaison with QC and logistics teams on assigned projects.
- Supplier Relations: Manage communications and alignment with various suppliers, building strong, collaborative relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Be accountable for continuous improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction, eliminate waste, and prevent pollution.
- Market Awareness: Stay continuously updated on national and international market negotiations to ensure plants and purchases conform to market standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Procurement Coordinator, ideally from the heavy industry , with a strong preference for backgrounds in air or water treatment plants.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate delivery and price effectively, ensuring company contractual T&Cs and client T&Cs are properly transferred to suppliers (back-to-back or better).
- Budget Management: Ensure sub-orders are placed within budget (striving to beat it) and on time, guaranteeing delivery dates are met.
- Documentation & Approval: Expertise in preparing first-class Purchase Orders (POs), particularly main POs, with BID TABs, narrative for supplier recommendations, and securing management approval in accordance with procedures.
- Supplier Vetting: Review bidder lists to ensure all qualified bidders are solicited and properly vetted (credit standing, NDA, ERP data loading).
- ERP Proficiency: Experience working with P2P within company ERP systems, coordinating with Project Management (PM) and Finance (AFC) departments.
- Proactive & Collaborative: A self-starter who can participate in internal handover meetings, prepare and update procurement schedules, define priority changes with the PM, and cooperate daily with the Project Team (PT).
- Growth Mindset: Eager to develop expertise in company products and services, particularly for APC and CCUS packages, and support cost analysis and estimation.
