Product Area Lead Lending/Leasing
Directly reporting to the Tribe Lead Lending and 1st Line Risk, this role oversees the development and lifecycle of Lending/Leasing products and has responsibility for further product development, leveraging business acumen.
This role is crucial for ensuring that Lending/Leasing products meet customer needs and stand out in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and strategy to align with company goals and customer needs
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely stakeholder feedback
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
- Work closely with other local and global Tribes as well as with other departments (Risk, TECH, Communication & Brand, Operations) to ensure cohesive product development
- Monitor product performance and make data‑driven decisions to enhance product success
Qualifications
- Degree preferably in economics
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience
- Experience in lending and/or leasing products, commercially and delivery perspective
- Concrete ability to achieve results, working in a cross‑functional environment
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Knowledge of Office tools
- Analytical skills and experience in monitoring performance
