Product Compliance Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

There is a new exciting opportunity in our Quality Department.

The person we are looking for will report to the Quality Manager and will be mainly responsible for ensuring compliance of food-contact materials, electrical safety of products, and managing regulatory requirements for new markets and products, in collaboration with the R&D team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Managing product electrical compliance according to current regulations;
• Verifying and controlling materials intended;
• Supporting the development of new products, with a focus on regulatory requirements;
• Drafting and managing test reports to assess product reliability;
• Acting as a liaison with certification bodies and suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance;
• Supporting suppliers on required technical and regulatory requirements;
• Collaborating with the quality and design teams to introduce new products in foreign markets.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Materials Engineering), or a technical diploma (ITIS) with relevant experience;
• Experience in companies producing electrical goods intended for food contact or similar sectors (e.g., sensors, pneumatics, etc.);
• Good knowledge of regulations related to electrical safety and food-contact materials;
• Experience in managing compliance documentation and laboratory testing;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with certification bodies and suppliers;
• Good knowledge of Italian (C1);
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
