Aladia is a rapidly growing e-learning platform based in Italy, on a mission to transform digital education globally. We're passionate about innovation, learner-centered design, and delivering exceptional online learning experiences that scale.
We’re looking for Product Designers (from early-career graduates to senior-level) to craft beautiful, intuitive, and impactful experiences for learners worldwide. You’ll contribute to end-to-end design, from research and ideation to polished UI, and grow alongside a design team that’s shaping the future of online education.
What You’ll Do
User-Centered Product Design
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile
- Ensure designs are intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent with Aladia’s brand
- Turn complex problems into elegant, simple, and user-friendly solutions
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers in agile sprints
- Participate in product discovery and bring design perspectives to roadmap discussions
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, usability testing, and performance data
- Contribute to Aladia’s design system, ensuring scalability and consistency
- Maintain high-quality standards across all touchpoints of the product
- Support developers with detailed specs and assets for seamless implementation
- Graduate / Junior Designers: Learn and grow under mentorship, gaining exposure to product design best practices
- Mid-Level Designers: Take ownership of features, contribute to design systems, and collaborate independently
- Senior Designers: Drive complex projects end-to-end, mentor junior peers, and influence design strategy
- Graduate / Junior: Portfolio or case studies showing design potential and eagerness to learn
- Mid-Level: 2–4 years experience in product/UX/UI design, with shipped products
- Senior: 5+ years experience, with leadership in projects and strong UX/UI depth
- A strong sense of visual design and usability
- Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, and interaction design
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe CC, or similar
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset
- Office Location: Sassari, Italy (On-site)
- Hours: Full-time, 08:00–17:00 CET
