Product Developer Operations Support Intern

Mission

In this role you will assist in the operational and product development team of the accessories collections in Florence Office. Your role will support on system input, parcel shipment, development and production coordination on Raw Materials. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth workflow, contributing to the development of each collection with precision and attention to detail. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in fashion accessories product development.

Your Tasks & responsibilities

Florence Office Support

• Parcels Shipment from and to Italian vendors and suppliers, Antwerp head quarter and India Vendors.

Product Development Support:

• In support to our PD and RM team, check and prepare the correct input for raw materials needs and distributions to vendors, including chasing RM suppliers.
• Support in creating and updating BOMs (Bill of Materials) for product launches.
• Ensure clear communication with internal stakeholders to support the development calendar and deadlines.

Cross-functional Coordination:

• Support technicians and PD for the technical translation of the design vision.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the team to ensure consistent workflow throughout the development process.

The tasks above are not conclusive and may change according to the needs of the company. A flexible approach towards tasks and responsibilities is always needed.

Profile

• A strong passion for fashion accessories and a keen interest in product development.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and structured in your work process.
• Technical knowledge of accessory construction is an advantage but not required.
• Basic proficiency in Excel;
• A hands-on, proactive team player with clear communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
