Product Development Intern (Curricular Internship)

THE ROLE
Off-White is looking for a Product Development Intern to join our team in Milan. During the internship, you will support the team in daily operational activities across the full product development process, from initial concept through sample production to collection readiness, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Please note that this is a curricular, unpaid internship. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are currently enrolled in a university program and eligible for a curricular internship.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform data entry within the management system (creation of product codes, seasonal updates, etc.)
- Support the Product Development team in maintaining Master Data and Technical Sheets, ensuring accuracy of product specifications
- Assist in preparing files and materials needed for collection development (collection grids, line sheets, BOMs, etc.)
- Manage shipments of prototypes, samples, and collection materials
- Support the team in B2B activities (e.g., sample organization for sales presentations and shootings)
- Support invoice tracking and related administrative tasks linked to product development processes
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interest in product development processes
- Ability to manage multiple samples simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (for range plans and product tracking)
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken (to be assessed during the interview process)
- Familiarity with PLM systems is considered a plus
