Product Development Intern

Stevanato Group is one of the world's largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. Within our Drug Containment Solutions BU (DCS), we are looking for a Product Design Development Intern to support our Product Development Team in delivering high-quality technical service to customers. The selected candidate will be involved in a project aimed at analyzing the process parameters used in industrial assembly lines for the integration of a rubber component onto a glass body. The project originates from an ongoing investigation aimed at enhancing the understanding of the behavior and performance of the rubber component.

As part of this activity, the candidate will contribute to the execution of functional tests, potentially based on a Design of Experiments (DoE) approach, with the objective of identifying the key process parameters influencing component performance.

Key Activities:

• Understand the SG manufacturing product process
• Support the execution of experimental activities, including functional testing and Design of Experiments (DoE), to investigate the impact of process parameters on product performance
• Analyze experimental data and test results to identify correlations and determine critical process
• Contribute to product performance analysis, supporting the understanding of key mechanisms and enabling continuous improvement
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, reports, and summaries of results, ensuring proper tracking and communication of project outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related field. Currently enrolled or newly graduated
• Fluency in English is required
• Effectively conveys ideas and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Curiosity, adaptability and problem-solving mindset
• Team player with strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
