For a leading asset management firm we are looking for a:
Product Development & Investment Solutions Specialist
The role focuses on the design and implementation of tailored investment solutions for clients. The position offers exposure to the full lifecycle of product development, from ideation to execution and ongoing monitoring, in a highly international and cross-functional environment.
The selected candidate will contribute to the structuring of both liquid and private asset solutions, working at the intersection of investment innovation, insurance products, and market dynamics.
Responsibilities
  • Support the development of bespoke investment solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to the origination and structuring of liquid and semi-liquid strategies, translating client needs, market trends, and strategic priorities into actionable product concepts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement investment solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea generation and feasibility assessment to launch and post-implementation monitoring.
  • Track and analyse investments & unit-linked portfolios, providing insights on performance, asset allocation, and emerging market trends.
  • Prepare regular reporting and strategic analyses to support decision-making across internal committees and senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform by identifying innovation opportunities across asset classes, structures, and investment vehicles.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services sector, with exposure to the design and implementation of investment solutions within asset management or insurance companies.
  • Solid understanding of both liquid (UCITS) and private asset classes (e.g. ELTIF or similar structures), including regulatory frameworks and product mechanics within unit-linked solutions.
  • Previous experience working in international and cross-functional environments is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear investment insights. Knowledge of Python or SQL is considered a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial data platforms such as Morningstar and Bloomberg.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple teams and seniority levels. High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative approach.
  • Fluency in English.
