As Product Development Manager you will lead multidisciplinary development efforts at Technogym Village in Cesena to deliver cost-effective, quality-driven, and time-to-market products. You will define strategies that align with global processes and drive continuous improvement across product development. You'll oversee a team, manage external design outsourcing, and foster cross-functional collaboration to boost innovation. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Technogym brings new solutions to a global fitness audience. • Own the new product development process from design to start of production
• Ensure achievement of objectives for cost, quality, time-to-market, innovation and competitiveness

Responsabilità

• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Extensive experience in R&D and/or Design in structured companies
• Expert user of 3D CAD systems (PTC Creo)
• Project management experience with cost and deadline objectives
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers
• Knowledge of competitive products
• Knowledge of technologies for Platform Products
• Knowledge of SPG
• Knowledge of BOM management in ERP systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• English fluency (minimum CEFR B2)
