Join our mission
Nebuly is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup building the world’s first user analytics platform for LLMs.
Every day, millions of users interact with AI copilots and assistants—but most companies have no idea what these users are actually asking, where they get stuck, or what makes them churn. Nebuly changes that. We analyze real user-AI conversations to help product and engineering teams:
- Understand user behavior at scale
- Identify what users don’t like or where the AI gets it wrong
- Build better, more personalized, and more useful AI assistants
Our customers include Fortune 500 and Global 200 companies, and our product is used by the AI teams behind mission-critical copilots and chatbots in sectors like finance, telco, and e-commerce.
Demand for Nebuly is accelerating fast—and we’re building a world-class team to keep up.
Why this role matters
As a Product Engineer, you’ll be part builder, part customer partner. This role blends 70% full-stack development with 30% direct customer interaction—you’ll be talking to some of the biggest companies in the world, understanding their needs, and shipping features that address them within days.
You shouldn’t apply if you want to code 100% of your time or you don’t want to talk to customers.
You should apply if you’re excited to:
- Own entire product areas end to end
- Get on a Zoom call with a Fortune 500 company and ask, “What’s not working?”
- Translate real user problems into elegant solutions
- Deliver working software fast—and iterate just as quickly
If you thrive in environments where you’re close to customers, and you’re hungry to take ownership and shape the product through both code and conversation, this is the role for you.
What you’ll do
- Own a portfolio of ~10 enterprise customers from an engineering + product perspective
- Proactively track how customers are using the platform, and fix anything broken before they even notice
- Jump on calls (with or without sales) when a customer sends a support message or asks for a feature—understand the real need and act on it
- Run weekly product check-ins with each customer, alongside one of our sales directors, to gather feedback and guide roadmap priorities
- Build and ship full-stack features across our LLM analytics stack: Python (FastAPI), React, Clickhouse, Postgres
- Own features end to end: from idea to design, code, release, and iteration
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack
- Strong backend skills in Python
- Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js or Vite
- A customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in understanding how people use the product
- High comfort jumping on Zoom calls to ask “What’s not working?” and dig into real feedback
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize well, and move quickly
- Strong communication skills in English—written and spoken
What we offer
Extreme ownership. You won’t just write code—you’ll shape what gets built, why it matters, and how it gets used. Your name will be on it.
Direct user connection. You’ll talk to customers from day one—no layers, no filters. You’ll feel the impact of your work immediately.
A high-growth environment. As we scale, so do the opportunities. You’ll grow with the product and the company, technically and professionally.
Competitive pay + equity. We offer top-of-market salaries for startup roles, plus meaningful stock options in a fast-scaling company.
Remote-first and flexible. Work where and how you do your best work. We care about results, not hours.
