Experteer Overview

In this role you drive growth for the Reciprocating Compressor (RC) product line by shaping strategy and collaborating across the organization. You will align product initiatives with the long‑range plan, support execution to hit financial targets, and strengthen market position through partnerships and tender involvement. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales and ITO to monitor market trends and customer needs, while enabling external collaborations and selective M&A activity. This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial role in a global team focused on expanding a historic product line and delivering customer value.

Responsabilità

• Degree in engineering or economics
• ≥5 years of experience in rotating equipment
• Excellent oral and written communication; fluent in English; executive‑level presentations
• Entrepreneurial attitude with strong behavioral, influencing and leadership skillsExperience documenting, planning, reporting, and executing programs
