We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our Marketing Professional Coffee Team, managing iconic brands such as Gaggia Milano and Saeco.
Your responsibilities will be:
Market and Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities, leveraging insights gathered through subsidiary visits, international trade fairs, industry events, customers, and local sales teams
Product Development & Specification: Lead the development of new products and product variations in collaboration with the Sales Team, defining product specifications and business cases while ensuring efficient execution from concept to final approval
Collaboration with R&D: Partner closely with R&D by providing strategic direction, product requirements, and priorities, ensuring market needs are translated into timely and effective product solutions
Product Launch & Post-Launch Activities: Coordinate successful product launches across all relevant functions and monitor post-launch performance, collecting feedback and implementing improvements where needed
Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for product-related activities and feedback, fostering collaboration between departments throughout the entire product lifecycle
Collaborative Marketing Support: Support the Communication & Marketing teams in developing sales and promotional materials, contributing to the successful positioning and launch of products
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
Degree in Management Engineering or Business Economics
At least 4 years of previous experience as a B2B Product Manager
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are required
Fluent in Italian and English
Nice to have:
Experience within the coffee machine industry

B2 classification under the Italian Metalworkers' Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria). Gross annual salary (RAL) starting from €35.000, commensurate with experience, skills, and seniority.
