Job Description
The Product Manager for Consumer Solutions will support the Head of Consumer Solutions, Southern Europe, in executing the product strategy to ensure Visa's offerings remain industry-leading across debit, credit, prepaid, premium, and installment solutions. The role focuses on enhancing the Premium proposition in Italy, improving the cardholder journey, showcasing benefits, and demonstrating Visa's value to clients to increase loyalty and market share. The position is central to Visa's go-to-market activities, involving collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams.
Ideal candidates will possess strong product management and marketing skills, especially in loyalty programs, with an analytical mindset. Experience in managing marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, including offer sourcing, is essential. Candidates should be comfortable managing budgets, presenting to clients, and engaging with stakeholders. They should have excellent relationship management, presentation, financial, and technical skills, and experience in product and project management. The role requires a collaborative approach, structured client engagement, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. The position is hybrid, with in-office days to be confirmed by the manager.
Qualifications
* Deep understanding of consumer payment products and industry trends
* Knowledge of premium consumer behavior and market dynamics
* Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
* Experience in developing and executing loyalty and premium propositions
* Ability to translate client needs into product requirements
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
* Experience with European financial institutions or payment companies, or consulting in financial services
* Proven track record in launching new services and loyalty platforms
* Budget management and KPI tracking experience
* Resilient, positive, and driven under pressure
* Excellent communication and influencing skills in English and Italian
* Bachelor's Degree required
