Product Manager CRI-MAN - Industrial Flow Division (f/m/d)
Join us in Shaping the Future of Biogas, Agriculture & Wastewater Solutions
We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to take full ownership of the CRI-MAN product portfolio. CRI-MAN is a key brand within the Industrial Flow Division, with strong focus on biogas, agriculture, and wastewater applications. In this role, you will shape, optimize, and expand a competitive and application‑driven portfolio, aligned with market needs and divisional strategy.
As a Product Manager you:
Own and develop the complete CRI‑MAN product portfolio with a strategic focus on biogas, agriculture, and wastewater applications
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and application requirements to define a clear and competitive product strategy
Engage with customers and sales organizations to translate application insights into differentiated product solutions
Collaborate closely with WANGEN Product Management to establish and continuously optimize a joint portfolio for the target segments
Identify portfolio gaps, define positioning, and ensure clear differentiation across brands within the division
Prepare robust business cases including market sizing, pricing, and profitability assessments
Define and align product specifications with R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain
Drive product development, lifecycle management, and new product launches together with the CRI‑MAN organization
Monitor product performance and continuously improve the portfolio based on KPIs and customer feedback
Support marketing and sales through training, positioning, and go‑to‑market initiatives
Reporting Line:
This position operates in a matrix organization: functionally reporting into Divisional Product Management and legally reporting to the local Product Company General Manager.

Experience Level:
University degree in engineering or a comparable technical field with strong commercial mindset
5+ years of experience in product management, application engineering, or technical sales
Experience in biogas, agriculture, wastewater, or related process industries is highly advantageous
Strong understanding of customer applications and industrial processes
Experience in cross‑functional and international working environments
Fluent in Italian and inEnglish; additional languages are an asset

Analytical and data‑driven, capable of structuring complex information into actionable insights
Strong communicator and team player, able to align stakeholders across brands and functions
